IT Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to oversee and support our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across multiple sites. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership capability , ensuring that our operations remain secure, efficient, and reliable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with major ERP platforms is required; SAP experience is strongly preferred .
• Solid knowledge of Windows servers, workstations, SQL, and ERP/CRM workflows .
• Experience in Fortigate firewall administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with PABX/IP phone systems (Grandstream) and CCTV configuration across multiple sites is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure .
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City .

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Management
  • Coordinate and manage the company’s ERP system with providers and internal users.
  • Support ERP-related workflows (accounting, sales, distribution, CRM).
• IT Infrastructure & Network
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and recommend upgrades for ISPs, firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Security & Compliance
  • Configure and maintain firewall policies, endpoint protection, and connectivity.
  • Implement IT security measures including antivirus, encryption, VPN, VLAN, and regular audits.
  • Conduct system updates, patches, and backups regularly.
• Systems Administration
  • Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts with proper access controls.
  • Manage corporate email systems and provide technical support across the company.
  • Maintain documentation of hardware, system specifications, and configurations.
• Technical Support & Supervision
  • Provide timely response to service issues and user requests.
  • Supervise IT operations for the main office and branch sites.
  • Guide the IT team in troubleshooting and evaluating alternative solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in ERP modules such as Sales, Distribution, and Accounting.
• Proficiency in network configuration and security (firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, proxy servers, load balancers).
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Servers, databases, and monitoring systems .
• Familiarity with telephony (IP/PABX), CCTV systems, and VOIP technologies .
