Responsibilities Consolidate court appearances and outcomes for litigation and labor relations under the Head of LUZON/GMA. Prepare pleadings, reports, and implementation of litigation activities for Globe operations in the LUZON/GMA area. Coordinate and inform CLSG lawyers on all litigation and labor relations concerns, especially outside specialized functions. Assist in research on litigation and labor relations matters for LUZON GMA. Act as legal counsel for LUZON GMA and appear in all official court hearings and cases. Ensure and protect the welfare of Globe business and representatives in any court litigation or labor related cases. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Case Resolution Rate – Percentage of cases resolved successfully within a given timeframe. Compliance Rate – Percentage of compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all operations. Client Satisfaction Score – Gained through surveys or feedback on legal services. Litigation Costs Management – Monitoring and controlling litigation expenses relative to budget. Timeliness of Legal Advice – Average time taken to provide legal opinions or advice on urgent matters. Deliverables Comprehensive Legal Reports – Detailed reports on ongoing litigation, compliance, and risk assessments. Drafted Legal Documents – Timely preparation and review of contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents. Training and Compliance Programs – Development and implementation of training sessions for employees on legal compliance and workplace policies.
