A Java Developer helps our clients reform their operations and support their business by providing application improvements and solutions. They are an important ally to organizations looking to invest in application stability and advancement. The role is crucial in translating business requirements into valuable and workable application features that benefit the client. The overall goal is to contribute to the clients’ long-term success, enhancing our reputation and expanding our clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and customize enterprise applications using the Java technology stack and other relevant technologies in the company’s products and projects

  • Perform technical unit and integration testing for developed and customized applications and modules

  • Produce technical documentation based on the code generated during development and customization

  • Collaborate with the technical team lead and application test lead throughout the development lifecycle to clarify design requirements and approaches, ensuring high-quality deliverables

  • Refactor existing code as part of maintenance and enhancements

  • Add/build new test cases on existing Test Suites

  • Provide technical support directly to clients or members of the support team

  • Deploy and create new pipelines in Jenkins

  • Study basic SonarQube and SCM integration

Required Qualifications & Attributes :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

  • 5 years of solid working experience as a Java/J2EE developer

  • Strong SQL skills, including constructing complex queries and developing stored procedures

  • Experience working in the Eclipse IDE environment

  • Proven experience in the entire Software Development Lifecycle

  • Knowledge of databases, HTML, JavaScript, and web frameworks (Struts or Spring)

  • Preferably familiar with Agile/Scrum development cycles

  • Basic knowledge of UML

  • Knowledgeable in design and integration patterns.
