Sales Supervisor - Field Based (Calabarzon)

Location: Calabarzon, Philippines

Overview: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives within the Calabarzon area. This role will oversee the execution of regional sales strategies, ensure achievement of sales targets, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive overall business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and dealers within the Calabarzon area
  • Coordinate closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to ensure team productivity and alignment with business goals
  • Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives for the sales team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong background in B2B or channel sales, preferably in tech, IT, or office solutions industries
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly analytical with a strategic and data-driven mindset
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the Calabarzon region
