Manage tenant and employee records, coordinate communications, support billing and operations in a property management setting.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain updated tenant and employee databases, office supplies, and operational needs.
  • Ensure completeness of tenant lease documents before move-in and move-out.
  • Verify incoming tenant employees’ documents before issuing access cards and RFID stickers.
  • Regularly update parking and employee records; send quarterly tenant employee records for verification.
  • Monitor and address daily tenant, visitor, and employee concerns; relay communication requests to appropriate departments.
  • Release circulars and weekly newsletters to tenants; answer calls and handle administrative concerns.
  • Liaise with tenants, admin teams, and staff on building operations issues; communicate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Ensure billing records are properly filed and uploaded to SharePoint.
  • Assist Property Manager in monitoring vendor service contracts and timely collection of rent, condo dues, and utilities.
  • Issue legal notices for delinquent accounts as needed; process payment requests for service providers and suppliers.
  • Assist tenants with move-in/out document requirements; process RFID and access card creation.
  • Support Building Engineers with purchase requests, asset creation, and SAP transactions.
  • Ensure proper filing of building operation documents; support emergency and crisis management drills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Open to fresh graduates; 2-3 years of experience in Property Management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
