Principal Specialist CNC Programmer – Taunan

What you'll do:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the WFA Americas team, working closely with the Team Lead. This position serves as a key resource for process knowledge and is the first point of contact for process-related activities such as new hire training, quality audits, peer coaching, and documentation reviews. The SME also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and drives operational excellence across HR services.
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled work in alignment with SLA commitments
- Monitor daily controls and escalate operational issues as needed
- Review and recommend updates to procedures based on control findings
- Prepare and deliver training materials for process-related sessions
- Manage onboarding activities for new hires and deployments
- Create, maintain, and update process documentation
- Drive process excellence through efficiency, consistency, and automation initiatives
- Conduct quality audits and peer-to-peer coaching sessions
- Perform transactional tasks related to in-scope activities (approximately 30% of the time)
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Shared Services
- Familiarity with US labor laws related to recruitment, disability management, compensation, benefits, and data privacy
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Willingness to work onsite in Santo Tomas, Batangas
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools (e.g., HRMS, Case System, ATS, Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset
- Initiative and collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge
- Flexibility to rotate across different HR Services workstreams as needed

- Lead overall management of programs and provides program control to facilitate successful completion of program objectives and deliverables.
- Develops, maintains and updates integrated program schedule and identifies critical path, risks and mitigation plans, and recovery actions
- Identifies and manage program bottlenecks and able to propose solutions
- Provides and maintains program reports and communicates program status within IPT and PB and other sites (I.e., LB, EVT, WPG, ANA, etc.)
- Works with Program Managers counterparts and assists in developing and maintaining overall program documentation and change proposals
- Handles low to high risk programs, multiple interrelated programs, or a portion of much larger and complex programs
- Performs administrative functions and moderately complex financials for programs
- Supports development of policies and procedures for program execution
- Interfaces with various integrated program teams on a daily basis and leads a cross function team. May involve interface with management up to executive level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Preferably with Project Management Professional certification
- Preferably with master's degree in business management or masters in applied sciences
- Proven track record & experience in project or program management
- Proven experience managing a team
- Experienced using computers for a variety of tasks
- Experience in proposal writing
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral; adept in communicating with higher management and production/support teams
- Working knowledge in project applications such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding of project management, Lean Production System (TPS), APQP, EASA, and ISO9100
- Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
- Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
- With at least a year in current position
