Job Summary The External Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation and management of financial reporting for subsidiaries and the Group across the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Singapore . This role involves overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements through automation and collaboration across finance functions. Responsibilities Prepare and oversee financial statements for subsidiaries and the Group in accordance with IFRS/PFRS standards. Manage external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and regulatory filings. Develop and implement robust financial reporting processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives. Coordinate closely with Financial Reporting, Tax, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Communicate effectively with the CFO, auditors, and regulatory bodies to address financial reporting risks and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification required. 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably with exposure to audit firms and multinational companies (Singapore and Hong Kong experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS , financial consolidation tools, and ERP systems (knowledge of Xero and Fathom is an advantage). Advanced skills in Excel, project management, and automation tools.
