Work Set-up: Onsite at the Sanctum, SM-North EDSA, Quezon City Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Night Shift (Must be open to shifting schedule) What does a day in the life of a Data Analyst look like? Collect, clean and interpret datasets Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders Maintain data integrity and security Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings Assist in developing and optimizing data collection and analysis procedures Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs Perform other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications of a Data Analyst? 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center environment Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, SQL, etc. Experience working with APIs and MS SQL for database integration. Above average communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
