You will make a direct impact by: Owning critical features from concept to deployment, writing scalable code for both our front-end and back-end systems. Designing and architecting robust, scalable systems and microservices that will power our future growth. Mentoring fellow developers and championing code quality through rigorous reviews and establishing best practices. Automating our release cycles by setting up and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack software development. You have worked with Agile methodologies. Technical Skills: Your tech stack is solid: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js/Nuxt.js, and Git. You have strong experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Non-Negotiables: You have a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and database management. You can work full-time, onsite in our Cebu IT Park office. Availability for Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time). Bonus Points: You have experience building or working on AI-powered applications. You're proficient with the latest AI coding assistant tools. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
