About the Role In this opportunity as Sr. Curriculum Designer, you will: Designs and develops training programs that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Creates high-quality, reusable content, including scripts, lesson plans, and job aids. Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather and validate content. Manages projects from start to finish, overseeing instructional design, delivery, and post‑training evaluation. Converts instructor‑led training into on‑demand learning materials, ensuring consistency and quality. Coaches and develops team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensures all content and projects align with organizational values and meet stakeholder objectives and deadlines. About You You’re a fit for the role of Sr. Curriculum Designer if your background includes: College Degree (required) wih at least some course focus on education (preferred) 2-3 years of instructional system design experience(required) Advanced knowledge of training tools and models (e.g., ADDIE, adult learning principles) (required) Excellent verbal and written English language skills Extensive experiencewith contentauthoring software(e.g.,ArticulateRise, Adobe Captivate, SnagIt, Camtasia, Storyline) What’s in it For You?
