Overview The Company Nurse is a vital member of the organization's healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role involves a combination of clinical expertise, health promotion, and administrative support. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license. Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is a plus. Experience At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an occupational health setting or a similar environment. Experience in conducting health assessments, providing first aid, and managing medical records. Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines. Skills and Competencies Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
