About the role

One Sky Stainless & Aluminum is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to join our team in San Simon Pampanga. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and supporting a healthy and productive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
  • Administering medication and monitoring the health status of employees
  • Conducting routine health checks and providing health education to employees
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement health and safety policies
  • Coordinating with external healthcare providers as required
  • Promoting a culture of workplace wellness and disease prevention

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar company nurse or occupational health role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical protocols and workplace safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees
  • Proficient in documentation and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and dedicated to employee wellbeing
  • Able to work in a shifting schedule
  • Basic Occupational Health & Safety certification required for this company nurse position
  • Must be available for day/night rotation shifts as part of the company nurse duties
