Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager with strong digital marketing skills to support our business operations and elevate our clients’ online presence. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, social media management, and digital marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 100Mbps Internet Speed.

Salary posted is BASE salary. There are financial incentives available.

Compensation

Base pay range: $6,000.00/yr - $12,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Oversee client content calendars and circulate them for approval; ensure timely follow-up on client approvals; adhere to deadlines for achieving client objectives.
  • Data Entry: Maintain databases for clients; reformat client databases in accordance with platform-specific guidelines for seamless importing; ensure data entered per established guidelines and standards; comply with written guidelines and procedures.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.); create engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts); schedule and publish posts; respond to comments and messages; monitor analytics and adjust strategies; provide analytics to the client; stay updated on trends and algorithms.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns (email marketing, PPC, SEO); create and optimize landing pages for lead generation; conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines; collaborate with team to develop marketing strategies.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service via email and texting platforms; manage client relationships, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Online Research: Gather information and data relevant to the client’s geographic location and target audience.
  • Functional Computer Skills: Proficiency with spreadsheet and task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com); basic data entry tools; use of social media scheduling software; troubleshoot minor computer issues.
  • Technology And Internet Access: Access to a personal computer (desktop preferred); reliable internet; backup internet preferred; ability to navigate online resources and communicate effectively online.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or digital marketing specialist.
  • Exceptional written English proficiency; ability to understand and interpret detailed instructions and documents.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools; highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work independently and meet deadlines; ability to multitask and prioritize; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
