About the job US Accountant - IGTSK Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant course Preferably a Certified Public Accountant and/or US CMA, but not required Must have at least 1year of US General Accounting or US Bookkeeping experience,preferably in a professional services or CPA firm environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entry processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and/or Bill.com Experience with UltraTax and SurePrep is an advantage Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Amenable to work in a Hybrid set-up Willing to work the night shift Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Match and reconcile monthly credit card statements with supporting documentation. Prepare and review financial statements or account statements as required. Enter WIP (Work-in-Progress)charges such as UltraTax, SurePrep, 1099, and other firm-related services using established templates and protocols. Process and record RPSG (Retirement Plan Support Group) or related payments accurately. Assist with preparing and entering journal entries (J/Es) as directed by the Controller. Support billing processes, including invoice generation, client billing adjustments, and data entry. Provide administrative and accounting support for the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
