Job Responsibilities Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using the Angular framework, ensuring a polished and responsive user experience. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features that delight users. UI/UX Implementation: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, providing innovative solutions that bring these designs to life. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency. Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to elevate the overall team’s skill set. Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to seamlessly integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic. Technology & Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development, and proactively apply them to projects. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve application issues to enhance performance, usability, and overall quality. Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in Angular development. Angular Expertise: 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Angular development, with a strong command of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Responsive Design: Proven experience in building responsive, user‑friendly web applications that work across various devices and screen sizes. State Management: Solid understanding of state management using RxJS or NgRx, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance. API Integration: Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests. Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience with Angular testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor to ensure robust and reliable code. Version Control: Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, for efficient and organized code management. Problem‑solving & Creativity: Excellent problem‑solving skills, coupled with a creative approach to overcoming technical challenges. Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment. Preferred Skills Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies. Web Security: Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development. Advanced Angular Techniques: Expertise in advanced Angular and TypeScript features. Unit Testing: Proficiency in unit testing Angular applications to maintain code quality and reliability. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions.
