Join SAP's HRdirect team in Manila as an HR Associate (Japanese Speaker) to support global HR initiatives and collaboration.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicate and resolve questions or concerns raised by employees and managers.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to maintain a healthy level of partnership and collaboration.
  • Regularly audit and update content-related platforms such as the HR Knowledge Base and SAP One pages.
  • Support global and regional projects and initiatives focused on simplification, ticket prevention, process improvement, or automation.
  • Follow guidelines and policies in managing confidential data.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and volume-driven environment.
  • Japanese Language Proficiency equivalent to Level 2 or Native.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Japanese.
  • 0-3 years of HR specialist/generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience.
