You will partner closely with marketing, supply chain, product, finance, and founders. Your Responsibilities Own end-to-end P&L for all eCommerce channels, ensuring revenue, profit, and retention goals are met. Design and execute channel-specific growth plans across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C. Scale D2C performance through UX improvements, funnel optimization, CRM journeys, and higher AOV/LTV. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary digital team, building a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability. Maximize paid media ROI through data-driven performance marketing, experimentation, and creative testing. Oversee digital merchandising, promo architecture, and conversion rate optimization. Partner with supply chain for forecast accuracy, inventory health, and fulfillment excellence. Build smart dashboards and reporting rhythms to power executive decision-making. Collaborate with brand & marketing teams for launches, influencer programs, and tentpole campaigns. Champion customer experience excellence across platforms — reviews, delivery, refunds, loyalty. What We're Looking For 7+ years leading eCommerce for FMCG, beauty, wellness, or consumer product brands. A full-stack operator — fluent in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C. Combines commercial instinct + analytical rigor + digital creativity. Has led and scaled high-performing teams and agencies.
