Position: Vendor Debits - Claims and reconciliation (Online Interview) Company Industry: IT Company Location: McKinley Taguig Salary Offer: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 Work Schedule: Nightshift (9pm-6am) Work Set Up: Work onsite BENEFITS : ✨ HMO ✨ Government Mandated Benefits ✨ Sick Leave ✨ 13th month pay ✨ Vacation Leave JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance & Accounting ✨ At least 1 year of experience in Vendor Debits - Claims and reconciliation. ✨ Amenable to attend Interview ✨ Can start as soon as possible ✨ Willing to work in Taguig City JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨Prepare, review, and process vendor debit notes for issues such as pricing differences, short deliveries, product quality concerns, or returned goods. ✨Ensure all debit memos are issued accurately and in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. ✨Maintain a detailed record of all debit notes, monitoring their status and coordinating with vendors to ensure prompt settlements or credit adjustments. ✨Iidentify, analyze, and resolve any invoice discrepancies or duplicate debit entries in a timely manner. ✨ Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve cross-functional inquiries and concerns.
