Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in Vendor Debits - Bid Loading
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing all vendor debits, which are credits or adjustments that reduce the amount a company owes a vendor.
Accurately processing bid loading, which involves entering specific product prices into the company's financial system as negotiated with the vendor.
Ensuring all debit transactions and bid prices are accurate and processed in compliance with company policies
