Responsibilities Prepare and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Generate timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the finance/accounting team Ensure BIR compliance and timely filing of tax reports Oversee payroll processing, billing, collections, and expense management Analyze project costings and recommend ways to optimize profitability Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies Assist top management in financial strategy and risk management Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries is an advantage Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, government contributions, and labor laws Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
