Location: Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines. Purpose of the Role Recruitment team provides professional recruiting services for internal demands and external customers which are top 500 multi‑national companies all over the world. The Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment team to reach target talents, set up a talent database and deliver other recruitment content for the company. Key Responsibilities Set up connections with a variety of talents through different recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, JobsDB and other sourcing platforms. Maintain, manage and expand the talent database and job portals. Sourcing according to client demands, telephone screening candidates to assess qualifications. Work closely with recruitment team members to search qualified candidates from the database. Work independently with passion for business cases. Coordinate with internal functions to arrange interviews and update progress for internal hiring managers. Other tasks as assigned by the TA Manager. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in recruitment, preferably IT technical recruitment. Strong human relations and recruiting ability, professional and high efficiency in setting up a talent database, especially in the IT industry. Strong sense of responsibility; quick response and professional attitude. Must be able to work proactively and under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Smart for reaching qualified talents via different sourcing channels; good Office tools skill.
