Overview Primary Function: The incumbent is expected to generate plans, implement and monitor the effectiveness of projects. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets. Responsibilities Generate plans, implement them, and monitor to ensure project effectiveness. Establish motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality. Support the company’s wide cost reduction project. Analyze and maintain capacity in the assigned area and develop plans and execution steps to improve capacity. Conduct motion and time analysis in target processes. Conduct cost and benefit comparisons for target projects. Supervise the Process Improvement Associate. Conduct Kaizen Step 1 training to FSCT employees and promote and execute Kaizen mindset culture development. Qualifications BS Industrial Engineering graduate At least two (2) years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement, productivity improvement activities Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna #J-18808-Ljbffr
