Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.


Primary Function:

  • He / She is expected to generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
  • Responsible for generating plans, implementing, and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of projects. Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality. 
  • Support Company's wide cost reduction project.  Analyse and maintains capacity on assigned area as well as making plan and execution how to improve capacity.
  • Conducts Motion and time analysis in target processes
  • Conducts cost and benefit comparison for target projects
  • Supervises Process Improvement associate
  • Conducts Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promotes and execute Kaizen mind culture development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BS Industrial Engineering Graduate
  • At least two (2) years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer
  • Computer Literate (Excel, Microsoft word, Power point)
  • Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
  • Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement , productivity improvement activities
  • Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna
