Media Buyer

Overview We’re hiring a Lead Generation Media Buyer to join our performance marketing agency. Your mission? Run paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok to generate qualified leads for real estate funnels. This is a performance-driven role — no boosting posts, no vanity metrics. You’ll be measured on CPL, MQL, SQL, and ROI. What You’ll Do Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads . Optimize campaigns daily to hit lead and revenue targets. Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting. Collaborate with our design and copy teams to brief and test high-converting ads. Monitor funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales). Report weekly with insights, not just numbers — what worked, what didn’t, what’s next. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation , not just boosting posts. Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads . Experience with real estate or other high-ticket industries is a strong plus. Strong English communication skills. Analytical mindset — you can explain why CPL went up or down, not just notice it.
