Role 2: CSR – Australia Market Focus

This role will focus exclusively on the Australian market. This includes responding to emails, managing live chats, and confidently handling both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll also assist with case management, customer communication, and internal coordination, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience.

We are currently hiring a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative to support various international markets.

The role involve direct communication with clients via email, inbound and outbound phone calls, and live chat , as well as CRM case handling and coordination with internal departments . Applicants must be confident in managing calls and callbacks as part of their daily responsibilities. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals committed to delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of CSR experience
  • A confident and calm phone manner
  • A clear accent (preferred but not essential)
  • Australian working hours
