Overview

At Senzo, we’re hiring an Atlassian Implementation Consultant (Cloud) to support Jira, JSM, and Confluence rollouts across the APAC region. This role is remote/hybrid with ideal locations including the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Eastern Europe, or Sydney-based students.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing and configuring Atlassian Cloud products
  • Supporting migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud)
  • Running workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions
  • Collaborating with customers and our internal delivery team
  • Documenting implementations and optimising setups
Qualifications & Experience

The role is suitable for: Experienced consultants OR talented early-career technologists (e.g. 3rd/4th year Computer Science / IT students or recent grads) who can learn fast, communicate clearly, and deliver outcomes.

What You’ll Stand Out With
  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, JSM, Confluence) OR other implementation projects (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce, ITSM tools)
  • Familiarity with software delivery, ITSM, Agile, or DevOps environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage delivery timelines and collaborate in a remote team
Bonus Points
  • Atlassian ACP certifications (ACP-620, ACP-420, ACP-120, ACP-CAT)
  • Exposure to cloud migrations
  • Experience in consulting or technical implementation roles
  • Studying or holding a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar
