Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for editing video content and designing compelling visual assets that support our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical proficiency in both video editing and graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Visual Assets: Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, infographics, and other print and digital materials.
  • Branding & Identity: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Concept Development: Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual directions, offering innovative solutions tailored to project objectives.
  • Digital & Print Design: Produce both digital and print-ready files optimized for multiple platforms and print specifications.
  • Photo/Video Editing & Retouching: Edit and retouch photos, videos, and other visual elements to deliver polished, high-quality content.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage timely revisions and final outputs.
  • Maintain Design Files: Organize and manage design files, ensuring assets are updated, structured, and accessible to the team.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Research and adopt new design trends, techniques, and tools to keep content modern and engaging.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent software.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating motion graphics and animations.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization best practices.
