Beiersdorf Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving a rolling 18‑month operational forecast for all Beiersdorf products. This role works closely with sales, marketing and distribution partners to improve forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, reduce excess inventory and support supply‑chain initiatives. Responsibilities Lead the monthly forecast process (IMS/NGS) with Marketing, Sales and Finance. Ensure baseline, L/RL and promotion forecasts align with overall business plan and company direction. Incorporate risks and opportunities into the S&OP forecast numbers and drive mitigated actions. Facilitate master data management, L/RL & promotion forecasting and assortment planning. Manage stock health and inventory levels at BDF warehouses, minimize excess stocks and optimize WOC and %CSL. Coordinate forecast between COE and demand planning, monitor and mitigate short‑term supply/demand gaps. Support local allocation/reservation, VAS planning and execution with product availability data. Qualifications 3‑5 years of demand planning or supply‑chain planning experience. Strong operational knowledge of planning processes and tools (S&OP, SAP/ APO). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; VBA and query experience preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication and executive presence. High learning agility and passion for continuous reinvention.
