This role will support the PH Finance Controller in managing operations finance reporting, including manufacturing cost analysis and annual budgeting.

What will you do?
  • Support product costing and inventory control processes, such as annual standard cost roll, cycle count, and WIP count.
  • Manage PH entity statutory reporting and tax compliance, including preparing and filing income tax returns, withholding tax returns, VAT returns, and fringe benefits tax returns, as well as assisting in year-end audits.
  • Work with an outsource partner to manage PH entity accounting activities, including recording and payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by local suppliers to the parent entity per signed agreements.
What you bring?

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good business acumen, with a deep understanding of cost drivers and how to structure KPIs to meet business objectives.
  • Operational breadth and depth with ability in variance analysis and cost analysis in a manufacturing environment.
