We are seeking a talented and creative individual to fill the role of Video Editor. This role requires a passion for storytelling through visual media, with responsibilities that cover both capturing high-quality video footage and editing content to create compelling and effective videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of post-production editing, and the skills to craft engaging content that aligns with our brand’s message and goals. What will I be doing? Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Organize, and Edit Captured Footage : Review raw footage, organize it logically, and edit it to create cohesive narratives, selecting the best shots, trimming unnecessary content, and arranging sequences effectively. Edit Footage and Incorporate Visual Elements : Edit footage, incorporating special effects, transitions, text overlays, and other visual elements to enhance overall production quality. Color Correction and Grading : Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure consistency and enhance visual appeal, adjusting color balance, brightness, contrast, and saturation. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Communicate and collaborate with clients, directors, and team members, incorporating feedback and revisions to meet project objectives. Post-production and Distribution: Render and Export Videos : Render and export videos in various formats suitable for social media, websites, presentations, and other distribution channels. Manage Video Library and Archive Footage : Organize and maintain a video library, archiving footage systematically for efficient workflow and future reference. Stay Updated with Latest Trends : Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in video production and editing techniques, pursuing professional development to remain competitive. What is required of me?
