Account Technology Lead The Account Technology Lead is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the technology services on a client account, including technology support and innovation, maintaining adherence to budgets, training and development plans, and providing employee feedback. The role also provides strategic and technical guidance for account team members and reviews project information to ensure the technology delivery teams meet schedules and budgets. Typically, the lead is assigned to one Global C&W client or a portfolio of medium‑sized APAC C&W client accounts. Job Description Summary The Account Technology Lead ensures that technology applications and communications are aligned with client expectations and governing standards. Key responsibilities include client‑relationship management, program and operating model execution, and compliance with security and operational SLAs. Responsibilities Provides strategic and technical guidance for team members, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met. Acts as the central point of Client Relationship Management for the C&W Technology Program on the client account, aligning with the account executive and client leadership. Leads, manages, and develops the Client Technology team to execute the account strategy, program, and operating model using an integrated platform approach. Conducts technology operational oversight of the client technology applications, communications, reporting, and key metrics and SLAs. Provides managed communications for account‑specific security and compliance activities with key stakeholders in information security, compliance, network & engineering, asset, identity, and unified communications management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred in MIS, Business Intelligence, MBA, or equivalent experience. Experience with Real Estate applications (Corrigo, Oracle E1, Yardi Systems, Clarizen / Procore, Costar REM) and BI applications (MS Power BI, Tableau). Experience managing enterprise‑grade Windows and web‑based applications using Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL Server) and other web‑based technologies (JavaScript, JSON, Web Services). Extensive experience managing customer expectations and communicating with senior and executive management, with strong financial acumen. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and transforming large development projects from waterfall to agile. Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
