About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about keeping things simple and helping our clients and coaches thrive in their careers. You’ll report directly to Dima, our technical lead, and be trusted to work independently.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Front end: Vue and Astro. You have 7+ years of experience building frontend screens. You’re used to building pixel-perfect interfaces starting from a designer’s wireframe in Figma. You ideally have experience in Vue and Astro, although this isn’t a strict requirement.
  • Back end: Python and SQL. You have 7+ years of experience building backend applications. You’ve got experience with Python and SQL. You’ve ideally used Django and PostgreSQL in the past, although this isn’t a requirement.
  • Youre empathetic to users. You’re interested in whether what you build will really make a difference for the user. You love keeping things simple and focusing on the features that will have the most impact first.
  • You’re a good communicator. You speak and write English fluently. You’re comfortable with verbal communication on video calls and written communication on Slack, email, etc.
  • 7+ years experience in fullstack web development
  • High quality bar — you care about maintaining high quality in your code

  • User mindset — you care about building something that’s helpful for users
  • Business mindset — you care about the business doing well
