Overview

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Technical Consultant. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing IT consultancy services, system integration, and managed services. Duties include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, creating and implementing architectural solutions, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored technology solutions. The consultant will also participate in project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in system integration and IT consultancy
  • Experience with managed services and technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in remote work and ability to work independently
  • Expert in supporting: N-Able RMM, M365 Administration, troubleshooting Windows Server and Windows 10/11
  • Ability to work independently and remotely; able to work AU Time or Manila Time from 5am/6am to 2pm/3pm
