- Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
- Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
- Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
- Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
- Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people-first leadership
- Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
