Job Responsibilities: Comprehensive laboratory management: Develop laboratory work plans and management systems, supervise the compliance of testing processes, ensure the normal operation and regular calibration of instruments and equipment. Document and Qualification Management: Review and issue test reports, organize technical file archiving, and are responsible for laboratory qualification application and annual review. Production coordination: Participate in on-site inspections of concrete production, coordinate the handling of quality abnormalities, and ensure that concrete supply matches construction needs. Technical supervision responsibilities: Raw material control: Supervise the incoming inspection of raw materials such as sand, gravel, cement, etc., and prevent unqualified products from entering the production process. Mix proportion design: Lead the trial and optimization of concrete mix proportion, ensuring that indicators such as strength and durability meet engineering requirements. Quality accident handling: Analyze the causes of insufficient concrete strength or construction abnormalities, and develop technical rectification plans. Quality assurance system process monitoring: check the properties of the mixture such as slump and air content, supervise the factory inspection process, and prevent the delivery of unqualified products. Data analysis: Collect raw material and product quality data, identify fluctuation trends, and propose improvement measures. Standard implementation: Implement national and industry standards, update testing methods to adapt to new technological requirements. Regularly organize quality analysis meetings, exchange technology, summarize experience, improve testing level, and ensure the factory quality of concrete. Responsible for handling quality issues and accidents that occur at mixing stations and construction sites. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields, with a background in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Non-metallic Material Engineering. At least 8 years of work experience in the construction industry. Serious and responsible in work, with strong communication skills. Addendum: The project involves the construction of a manufacturing factory building and a large-scale industrial frame concrete structure factory.
