Responsibilities

  • Position the brand effectively to appeal to target audiences in the competitive real estate market.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including print ads, digital banners, billboards, and radio/TV ads, to promote properties and brand awareness.
  • Organize promotional events and property showcases, such as open houses, virtual tours, or client appreciation events.
  • Build and manage relationships with media outlets, real estate portals, and advertising agencies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis to understand client needs and preferences, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications
