Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including print ads, digital banners, billboards, and radio/TV ads, to promote properties and brand awareness. Organize promotional events and property showcases, such as open houses, virtual tours, or client appreciation events. Build and manage relationships with media outlets, real estate portals, and advertising agencies. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis to understand client needs and preferences, adapting marketing strategies accordingly. Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
