Operation Assistant Manager

* Oversee the daily operations by ensuring that all personnel are complying with the company's policies, procedures and vision to meet the service commitment to client
* Achieve warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.
* Conduct performance management by evaluating and discussing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results to operations staff and come up with action plans to improve team performance and meet Clients SLA's
* Report timely regarding operation activities such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Productivity, Claim and other operational related reports to superiors
* Adhere to all warehousing, government and other legal requirements.
* Maintain standards of workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, equipment and stock.
* Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
* Manage teams of talents and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
* Coordinate with relevant team/department such as Business Development, Implementation, Planning, Finance, HR and IT to support or to be supported towards a goal.
* Apply company's operational systems such as WMS, TMS and other existing systems into practice

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Management/Administration, Engineering (Industrial), Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
* At least 5 years of working experience in warehousing, logistics operations and administration or any related field is required on this position. * * Preferably experience employee in the field of FMCG and e-commerce industry with an area of more than 7,000 square meters; ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staffs
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, numeracy and in depth understanding of finance. Knowledgeable of the legal requirements of operating warehouse
* Knowledgeable of the l People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others
* Delegate work and explain ideas, planning and organizing. Good communication skills with wide network capacity, aggressive ans smart.
* Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positive mindset
