  • Web Design & Development: Designing and developing functional, responsive, and optimized websites, collaborating with developers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various teams, participating in reviews, and aligning designs with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Staying updated on trends, enhancing skills, and implementing innovative design solutions.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity: Designing accessible digital products compliant with standards like WCAG.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in presenting design proposals and communicating directly with clients in meetings.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects.
  • Accountable for final design decisions and outcomes within assigned projects/tasks.
  • Experience with information architecture and wireframing in design projects.
  • Willing to share a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Brings valuable experience with at least 3 years of expertise in UI/UX design.
