Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent across all stores. Train the store team on how to maintain store design and brand identity. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Interior Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, SketchUp, and Planograms. Extensive knowledge of and interest in fashion merchandising, design, or related field. Strong eye for detail, color, and trends. Creative thinker with practical execution skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in retail or fashion merchandising is a plus.
