Collaborate: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure creative initiatives align with business objectives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the fashion, retail, or cosmetics industry. Proven success in leading creative campaigns and product development. Creative Vision: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion design, branding, and visual storytelling. Fashion-Forward Mindset: Highly fashionable with a keen understanding of style, aesthetics, and what drives today’s fashion and beauty trends. Leadership: Excellent ability to inspire, guide, and manage creative teams toward achieving brand goals. Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer insights, and brand-building strategies.
