Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off) Employee Referral Program Work Life Balance Your Role As an Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you are responsible for: Perform 1st and 2nd level incident and service request resolution on client PCs, Windows servers, and 3rd party Windows applications. Manage incoming calls and email requests from clients. Manage events and alerts generated from monitoring systems. Create, manage, and respond to tickets in our internal service management software. Escalate tickets to Level 3 when required and record all initial troubleshooting and relevant information. Log support requests with vendors or third parties where required. Create Windows user profiles during end-user onboarding and off‑boarding responsibilities. Manage Mobile Devices (MDM). Perform Microsoft Office 365 admin portal management as part of level 1 and level 2 support activities. Qualifications and Experience In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems. Extensive experience with desktop support including remote support. Good knowledge of Windows 2016/2019 servers (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Services). Working in a service and support environment. Office 365 Admin Portal, Intune, Defender for Endpoint & Email. Supporting mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Microsoft Remote Desktop / Terminal Server. Task-oriented. Proven track record delivering tangible results. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Solid technical skills and a can‑do attitude. Can work under pressure, not easily frustrated. Patient and understands customers’ concerns. Ability to create rapport with customers. Team player. Can easily adapt to any culture/environment. Microsoft Azure Administration experience is a plus. Data backups background would be an advantage. Certifications – Microsoft MCSE, Office 365, and Azure preferred but not essential. MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools experience is a plus.
