JOB DESCRIPTION Position/Job Designation: BreedingSupervisor Minimum 3-5 years of swine farming experience required. Bachelor's degree required. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the Breeding and GDU Department. Specific experience in swine breeding operations is required. Conducts meetings for the whole section. Ensures that all breeding and GDU KPI\'s are met. Checks and analyzes reports. Lead train and motivate a team of farm workers in the Breeding and GDU Departments. Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience required. Monitor the health status of sows, gilts, and boars, identifying and addressing any signs of illness, injury, or stress. Review and update farm policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards. Ensure that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly. Coordinate with peers regarding intersections concerns and Production Manager for section concerns. Ensure that the biosecurity protocols are strictly followed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
