HR HEAD

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Head to join our team in Navotas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in driving our company's human resources strategy and initiatives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's objectives

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

• Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure operational excellence

• Serve as a strategic business partner, advising senior leadership on HR-related matters and implementing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

• Spearhead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and cultural transformation

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a consulting or shared services environment

• Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related challenges

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing HR teams

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Willing to work in Navotas or Malabon Area
