What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be Leads and coordinates all technical activities on assigned capital projects with key focus on Process and Utilities. Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned projects engineering works. Monitors projects engineering works for compliance to applicable codes, accepted quality engineering and safety practices, approved project cost, and the technical requirements of the capital proposal. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Responsible and accountable that all assigned personnel for implementing the projects are coordinating their activities with the other project participants. Take charge of front-end Engineering activities (Process Flow Design, P&ID’s, Machine Design, Engineering Drawings, Layouts) either through own expertise or coursing through Design Engineering ESP’s. Learn and apply the Category Technologies as needed on assigned projects. Liaise with Regional and Global Engineering and R&D teams on equipment design, suppliers, and cost. Focus on Processing, and Utilities. Apply best practices picked up. Assist the Project Delivery Manager and project proponents in providing technical inputs in capital proposal raising for SU-related projects; from front end conceptual to preliminary engineering. Assist the Project Delivery Manager in managing capital investments, from CAPEX planning to detailed and implementation engineering, monitoring, and closure. Responsible for the Safety of all project-related operations within the factory, as well as maintaining and setting of safe working procedures; including management of SHE aspects of project management from design ( PHA, HAZOPS, SIMAS), equipment selection, project implementation ( site safety), commissioning and final project handover.
