What You’ll Do Your daily responsibilities include: Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality. Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance. Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions — fast. Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team. Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism. Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow‑through and support. Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience. Quickly respond to issues that impact service delivery or patient satisfaction. Identify gaps and proactively create systems to address them. Partner with cross‑functional leaders to scale best practices and operational upgrades.
