Job Description

The Program Design Manager for Channel Management is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize channel partner relationships and drive revenue growth. This role involves designing programs and initiatives to support channel partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Crafting and developing channel-initiated promos and customizing brand-initiated program designs in collaboration with CM/Brand Partners.
  • Coordinating with channel heads to strategize and implement programs for entire channels or specific sub-channels.
  • Working with the NTM Brand SPOC on brand-led programs, tailoring them for effective deployment across sales channels.
  • Providing support for program implementation, handling documentation, and cascading information within guidelines.
  • Overseeing program execution with support teams, ensuring alignment with brand and channel strategies.
  • Managing and organizing channel- and brand-initiated programs, maintaining a calendar for all activities.
  • Leading post-analysis of channel promos and programs to identify insights and areas for improvement.
  • Tracking budgets, ensuring timely payments, and reporting savings.
