The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and customizing WordPress themes to create visually engaging, user-friendly websites. The role focuses on theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user engagement through thoughtful visual presentation. This position balances website creation for clients and marketing design initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals
  • Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns
  • Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers on integrated designs
  • Enhance user journey and experience through layout and design improvements
  • Support marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all digital properties
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and WordPress innovations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
  • Background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio
  • Skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies
  • Clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients
