Emerson Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Data Specialist / Sales Data Operations role based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team focused on upscale outreach through development of clean and actionable data, enriching customer contact databases, and optimizing prospect data workflows. You will use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Oracle CRM, and SalesLoft for researching and growing data quality. Responsibilities Research and enrich prospect data using approved third-party tools and databases. Obtain and cross-check prospect contact information from various data sources. Accurately assign and tag lead contacts and direct it to the correct Sales contacts. Manage data standardization, normalization tools, CRM syncing, and cadence setup. Research, test, and implement database enrichment and sales enablement strategies. Work closely with product owners, data architects, and software engineers to ensure our data infrastructure is reliable and efficient. Manage and maintain account and contact data within related prospecting tools. Clean, validate, and deduplicate prospect records to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Act as a gatekeeper along with the system administrator on activities pertaining to prospect data such as data integrity, enrichment and cleaning program. Build, optimize, and document workflows that improve the efficiency of data intake, enrichment, and handoff to sales/marketing teams. Develop reports and dashboards that provide visibility into data quality, coverage, and workflow performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, data management, or related roles. Experience with data tools/CRMs and the ability to streamline processes for accurate, actionable information. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data manipulation, cleaning techniques, and formula-based automation. Basic knowledge in Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with workflow automation and enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Zapier, Workato, HubSpot Workflows, Salesforce Flows, Power Automate).
