Assistant Hotel Manager to support operations across multiple hotel properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high guest satisfaction, and consistent profitability, while working closely with the Hotel Manager and property teams.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Hotel Manager to support operations across multiple hotel properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high guest satisfaction, and consistent profitability, while working closely with the Hotel Manager and property teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support leadership and direction across multiple hotel properties.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, coordinating with all departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor compliance with operating controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.
  • Assist in the execution of property initiatives, such as refurbishments, capital projects, and service improvements.
  • Help in preparing and monitoring Operating Budgets, Marketing & Sales Plans, and Capital Budgets.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue, operational, and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Analyze P&L performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise procurement processes and vendor relationships.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of property staff.
  • Work closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, fire, and other regulatory requirements.
Prerequisites
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with hands-on operational experience.
  • Previous experience supporting multi-property management is an advantage.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Must be currently based in the Philippines.
Education
  • University degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and strong computer skills.
Experience
  • 3–5 years of hospitality industry experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
