Survey Support Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
As a Survey Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our business through assisting our survey participants, as well as supporting our survey operations staff. You will be the participation contact for surveys, including participation solicitation, order form submission and participant reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative and logistical survey product support including research, progress tracking, and documentation.

Provides initial and follow-up email and phone communications for survey participation.

Research and updates potential participant contacts based on contact list information provided by the client.

Creates survey subscriptions and user set up and ensures accurate execution of order forms.

Acquires and maintains survey product knowledge.

Monitors accuracy of Salesforce CRM and takes corrective action when necessary.

Assists customer service with customer questions or requests.

Assists in the completion of other projects as needed.
